- Warm Transfer: A pre-screened, live-transferred call from a verified source
Billing Logic:
- Calls under the minimum threshold (e.g., <90 seconds) are not billed
- Duplicate calls within a 72-hour window are not billed
- All call recordings and logs are available for review
Advertiser Responsibilities:
- Ensure agents are trained to answer calls within 2-3 rings
- Provide accurate business hours and location filters
- Honor all DNC, opt-out, and consumer compliance requests
Call Recording Usage:
All calls may be recorded for:
- Quality assurance
- Dispute resolution
- Training & compliance monitoring

Fraud & Dispute Handling:
- Invalid call claims must be submitted within 7 days
- Disputes reviewed within 5 business days
- Fraudulent traffic is blocked, blacklisted, and reported
